00. CommunicationCommunication will primarily be via Discord (corax.666) or my E-Mail ([email protected]).Please send your request via Discord (preferably) or E-Mail, if you end up deciding to commission me.Due to my fulltime job and the difficulties of timezones it might take me a bit to respond, please be mindful of that.I speak English and German!

01. GENERAL INFOI reserve the right to reject a commission for any reason.
I retain all rights to the artwork to post online and use on my social media.Types of commissions:
Headshot/Bust, Half Body or Full Body pieces of human or humanoid characters with no or simple backgrounds.Please provide me with as many references as needed, e.g.:

  • a colored reference, mood board pictures or a detailed description of the character(s)

  • description of the situation/scene (emotions/expressions, mood, atmosphere, ...)

  • pose references

  • clothing references

  • stick figure drawing/composition sketch

  • anything else you feel I need to know

I have some type of aphantasia, this means I can't really visualise anything in my head, so the more visual pointers the better! Also, references are great to prevent miscommunication because of the potential language barrier.

What I DO draw:

  • Human(oid) characters

  • Original characters

  • DnD characters

  • Character design

  • Furries

  • Fanart

  • Ships and couples

  • Simple animal designs

  • Simple armour/mecha

  • Simple backgrounds

  • Mild gore or injuries/blood

  • Nudity/suggestive art

What I DON'T draw:

  • NSFW (atm; nudity/suggestive art is okay)

  • Realism

  • Copying another artist's style

  • Celebrities and any other known + real people

  • Complex backgrounds

  • Complex armour/mecha

  • Illegal ships and anything offensive/hateful or with the intention of causing harm (no negotiation)

If you are unsure about anything feel free to ask me! I'm open for negotiation, just know that the price might increase.Regarding Furries: I am open to draw them, though you should know that I have almost no experience in it. Drawings of Furries will probably end up looking like my werewolf character (Flat Colour) and like the one ArtFight attack I did of a Fursona (Full Colour).

02. PROCESS & DELIVERYThe time it takes me to finish your commission varies, depending on factors such as my full-time job, part-time studies, health, the complexity of the commissioned piece, etc.I ask you to be mindfull of that.I'll will try to keep you updated but if you are wondering what the current status of your commission is, feel free to message me.Once the piece is finished you will receive the full-resolution image via E-Mail. There is no physical product.

03. REVISIONSYou are allowed to request changes on the commissioned piece during the sketching phase.I’ll send you the sketch and will only continue after approval/correction from your side.If you asked for changes I will check in with you once more for approval before continuing with the lining/colouring.After that any major changes will be charged extra for the work – unless a misunderstanding from my side has been made.

04. PAYMENT INFORMATION

  • PayPal (I will send you an Invoice)

  • Currency: Euro (€)

  • Full payment up-front no matter the type of commission

  • Prices might change depending on complexity/type of commission (see also my "Pricelist" for more info)

05. COPYRIGHT & USAGEI, Corax (the artist)
Product: Artwork, Sketch, Revisions
You (the client)All images created are under copyright protection. Any artwork such as sketch, revisions, and final product remain the property of the artist.The following is considered copyright infringement:- reposting the artwork without credit to the original artist
- editing the product without permission from the artist
- using the product to profit AI or NFTThe artist is able to use the artwork for personal usage. The artist is able to post the artwork on social media with an added commission watermark.
The client is allowed to use the watermarked artwork to post on social media and a non-watermarked version for personal use.Any uses not mentioned above (e.g. commercial usage) must be discussed with the artist beforehand.

06. CANCELLATIONS & REFUND POLICYThe client is not allowed a refund once I started working on the commission.If for any reasons I am unable to continue your commission you will receive a full refund.As the artist I reserve the right to: Refuse any request for whatever reason.
